This facility is seeking a Hospice - Palliative Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: 7:30a-5:30p
• Practice Setting: Clinic and Hospital
• Types of Cases: F unctions very independently and establishes their own plan of care. Carries their own caseload of 6-8 follow-up patients and 2 new consults per day
• Credentialing Timeframe: 90 Days
• Electronic Medical Records (EMR): Epic
• Certifications Required: Basic Life Support (BLS)
• License Required: Must be Licensed in North Carolina or be a part of the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)
