Job Title: Family Nurse Practitioner – Retail Clinic Setting
Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to deliver defined patient care services in a retail clinic setting. The FNP will independently provide holistic, evidence-based care, including accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health concerns, patient counseling, and disposition planning for individuals aged 18 months and older. This role involves working collaboratively with a professional healthcare team and documenting all care within a computerized electronic health record system. The position reports directly to the Senior Practice Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient-Centered Quality and Safety
Provide patient education to support long-term health outcomes.
Assess, diagnose, and treat a range of health conditions with a focus on safe, high-quality care.
Document all patient encounters in an electronic health record system.
Participate in the development of Patient-Centered Practice Teams.
Respond promptly to patient care inquiries.
Customer Service Excellence
Foster patient engagement and satisfaction through effective communication and care delivery.
Maintain consistent and professional communication with patients, colleagues, and management.
Healthcare Environment Management
Resolve conflicts using appropriate management strategies.
Build positive relationships with clinical and retail colleagues.
Balance clinical and administrative responsibilities.
Adapt to evolving models of patient care to enhance clinic efficiency.
Support hiring, training, and development of clinic staff.
Promote cost-effective practices without compromising care quality.
Verify insurance coverage and incorporate that information into treatment planning.
Requirements:
Experience
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
Must meet applicable state regulations, including DEA application if required at the time of offer.

Education
Master’s degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program.
Current National Board Certification.
Licensed to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role in the relevant state.

This role is not related to peak or ramp season staffing.
Work Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Lunch Break: 1:30 PM – 2:30 PM
Clinic Closed: Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday
