A correctional facility is seeking family medicine locum tenens coverage.
The facility is located in Phoenix, AZ.
This NP or PA role starts ASAP for three months with possible extension. The provider will work mainly Friday and Saturday night shifts (812 hours) with no call, seeing 1220 adult patients per shift for health assessments, H&Ps, treatment plans, and minor procedures. The site uses Fusion EHR and has full support staff. Credentialing takes about 34 weeks.
