Locums Urgent Care Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner

We areseeking an experienced Locums Urgent Care Physician Assistant (PA) or NursePractitioner (NP) to provide coverage across multiple urgent care locations in FairfieldCounty, CT. This opportunity is ideal for providers who can work independentlyin stand-alone urgent care facilities and are comfortable handling ahigh-volume patient load. This locumsopportunity offers a flexible schedule across multiple urgent care locations inFairfield County, CT, including Fairfield, Wilton, Monroe, Shelton, Stratford,Trumbull, Westport, Norwalk, and Stamford, with new facilities opening in WestNorwalk and North Fairfield. Providers must be available for at least threeshifts per week, including weekends, with 12-hour weekday shifts and 8-hourweekend shifts. The role involves seeing 30-35 patients per shift in stand-aloneurgent care facilities, where providers will work independently while beingsupported by a Rad Tech, LPN, and MA at each location. Basic urgent careprocedures are required, making this an ideal opportunity for experiencedproviders comfortable handling a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of Urgent Care experience required
• Must be comfortable working independently
• Active Connecticut license
• Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
• BLS/ACLS certification required
