Nurse Practitioner (On-Call)

HealthDrive is currently seeking a Part-Time Adult/Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to provide on-call services for our post-acute locations in Maryland and Virginia.

Pay: $45.00 per hour

*We are in need for an On-Call NP to cover the following shifts:

Friday - 5pm-8am every other week

Saturday - 8am-2pm,2pm-7pm, 6pm-10pm, 7p-8a Rotating monthly

Sunday Vacation Coverage when needed 8am-7pm, 7pm-12am

As our on-call Nurse Practitioner you will be a part of our caring team of NPs who are responsible for fielding calls from home Monday - Thursday from 7pm - 8am and on weekends from Friday 5pm until Monday 8am. This is a crucial part of our care continuity requiring full attention to handle the complexity and call volume.

• Certified Nurse Practitioner (Required)
• Maryland and Virginia Nurse Practitioner Licenses (Required)
• Previous experience working in the Post acute/Long Term Care a plus
• Maryland and Virginia Board licensures
• Federal DEA certification
• Experience with geriatric patients preferred
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to use email, the internet, and to learn other healthcare related software.
