This facility is seeking a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 9:00a-4:00p. Wednesday 9:00a-2:00p
• Patients Per Day: 15-20
• Practice Setting: Outpatient
• Scope: Pediatrics
• State Licensure: Active Kentucky State License and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
• Credentialing Timeframe: Less than 30 Days
