Pay: $60-65/hour

Your Role

As a Functional Medicine Nurse Practitioner, you’ll work closely with patients to uncover the underlying causes of chronic conditions and guide them through transformative healing journeys. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nutritionists, and health coaches to deliver truly integrative care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and functional lab reviews
• Create and manage individualized treatment plans
• Educate patients on nutrition, supplements, and lifestyle interventions
• Collaborate with a team of integrative health professionals
• Maintain accurate documentation in our EMR system

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Georgia
• Certification or training in Functional Medicine (IFM, A4M, or similar preferred)
• 2+ years of clinical experience (functional/integrative medicine a plus)
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Passion for holistic, root-cause-focused care
