• $135,000 Guaranteed Salary (DOE) + WRVU
• 10% of Base Annual Quality Bonuses

• 5-Day and 4-Day Work Options
• Approximately 16-18 Patients per Day
• MD and Mid-Level Support
• 1:6 Phone Call Only
