Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner Needed for Locum Tenens Coverage at Facility in Anna, Illinois

A State Hospital is seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner for locum tenens coverage.
The facility is located in Anna, Illinois.
This outpatient NP position has a 45-day credentialing timeframe and follows a MondayFriday schedule, with flexible hours (e.g., 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM). Lunch breaks are mandatory30 minutes if working under 7.5 hours, and 1 hour (or two 30-minute breaks) if exceeding 7.5 hours. Weekly hours are capped at 37.5 unless pre-approved. There is no call required. The provider will see 612 adult patients per day. Required credentials include an active IL license, CSR, DEA, and BLS. COVID or flu vaccination is preferred. The role is supported by a team that includes one MD, a psychiatrist, psychiatric NPs, and RNs.
