Job Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with surgeons to formulate and implement personalized surgical treatment plans
• Offer vital intraoperative assistance, including preparing ORs, ensuring proper patient positioning, and managing surgical instruments during procedures
• Provide exemplary pre-operative and post-operative care, encompassing medication administration, wound management, discharge planning, and patient education

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Completion of clinical rotations focused on surgery is highly desirable

Certifications

• Current and active PA-C certification
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• State licensure (or eligibility) as a Physician Assistant
