• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) required
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

• Active Nurse Practitioner license within Ohio
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or a relevant specialty certification
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications, or capability to obtain within 90 days
