ED Physician Assistant

SITE LOCATION: EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT (EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT) POSITION SUMMARY:The Emergency Department Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) provides routine and emergency medical care, under the supervision of a licensed physician.EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:1. Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner training program and NCPAA or AANP certification2. Two to three years of post-graduate work experience in an Emergency Department3. Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification4.
