Position Overview We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide part-time coverage during nights, weekends, or both . This role is ideal for providers looking for: Supplemental income Flexible scheduling Reduced administrative burden High-impact clinical work Schedule Options Nights (after-hours coverage) Weekends (day and/or call coverage) Combination of both Flexible shifts based on your availability What You'll Do Provide on-call and urgent care support for ALF/SNF patients Manage acute changes in condition via: Telehealth Phone triage Facility collaboration Coordinate with facility staff and nursing teams Document encounters in our EHR (Ethizo) Ensure high-quality, compliant clinical decision-making Qualifications Certification as a physician assistant or nurse practitioner. Comfortable making decisions and solving problems. Work with confidence and dexterity. Fluent in HIPAA protocols and practices.
