Per Diem Home Health Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Bella Vista, Arkansas

Your work will include travel throughout Benton County, including Bella Vista, Rogers, and Bentonville.

Schedule:

• Flexible shifts available every day, Monday through Sunday
• Set your own schedule
• Minimum weekly or bi-weekly hourly commitment required

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive annual risk assessments in patients homes within Benton County
• Evaluate patients prior and current medical history, medical conditions, and medication usage
• Deliver educational guidance regarding medical conditions and medications to foster understanding and engagement
• Identify any gaps in care and offer actionable recommendations
• Visits may include both annual assessments and post-discharge check-ins
• No treatment planning or prescribing medication required

Qualifications:

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Arkansas
• Board Certification via AANP or ANCC
• Current CPR certification (BLS)
• Master of Science in Nursing from an accredited institution
• At least 6 months of recent Nurse Practitioner experience strongly preferred

This role provides a competitive per-evaluation pay range of $80-$90, plus mileage stipend and compensation for related administrative time.
