Per Diem Home Health Nurse Practitioner in Gould, AR

Each home health risk assessment typically lasts about 45 minutes and may include annual health reviews or post-discharge visits.

Schedule:

• Flexible shifts available Monday through Sunday

• Choose minimum weekly or bi-weekly hourly commitments

Responsibilities:

• Perform annual home health risk assessments on Medicare Advantage members in their homes
• Review and evaluate patients prior and current medical histories, ongoing conditions, and medications
• Provide patients with education related to their health conditions and prescribed medications
• Identify gaps in care and offer actionable recommendations to help improve patient outcomes
• Note: No requirement to develop treatment plans or prescribe medications

Qualifications:

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Arkansas
• Current CPR Certification (BLS)
• Board Certification through AANP or ANCC
• Minimum of 6 months recent Nurse Practitioner experience (preferred)
• MSN from an accredited nursing program

Compensation:Earn between $80$90 per evaluation, with additional mileage stipend and administrative compensation.
