MI - NP contract in Kalamazoo - July 6-December 31

Client seeks Physician or Nurse Practitioner for contract assignment starting July 6-December 31 at their Corporate Health clinic in Kalamazoo, MI. Provider will see ages 3 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, wellness visits, and Workers Compensation injury evaluation and treatment. Hours are Monday & Wednesday 7:00am-5:00pm, Tuesday & Thursday 10:00am-6:00pm, all with a 30-minute lunch break, and Friday 8:00am-12:00pm. Clinic support includes 2 Medical Assistants. Provider must be Board Certified and must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to qualify for this assignment. Provider should also have experience with women's health appointments and Occ Med/Workers Comp.
