- Shifts: Varied, 10-11 days/month, Friday Afternoon through the next full week and weekend

Key Requirements
- Licensure: OH State License preferred
- Certifications: Board Certified (ANCC, AANP), ACLS required
- Experience: Cardiovascular Thoracic Surgery preferred, Critical Care considered
- Vaccination: COVID Vaccination required
- Other: Self-Query NPDB report required at presentation
- Credentialing Timeline: 60-90 days, temporary privileges in 45 days
