Per Diem Home Health Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Rosston, Arkansas

This dynamic per diem role offers the autonomy to set your own flexible schedule with shifts available any day of the week, Monday through Sunday, and a minimum commitment tailored to your availability. Assignments take place throughout Hempstead County, providing essential care in home settings across Hope, Blevins, Perrytown, and surrounding communities.

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive annual home health risk assessments in patient homes
• Review medical history, current health conditions, and medication profiles
• Educate patients on health status, medical conditions, and prescribed medications
• Identify care gaps and recommend appropriate actions or follow-up
• Focus on assessment and education onlyno requirement for prescribing medications or developing treatment plans

Schedule:

• Flexible shiftschoose your own days and times
• Minimum weekly or bi-weekly hour commitment, customized for your preferences

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Arkansas
• Certified by AANP or ANCC
• Current BLS (CPR) certification
• Graduate of an accredited MSN program
• At least 6 months of NP experience preferred, ideally in home health or a similar environment
