Physician Assistant (PA) - Wound Care / Lower Extremity Location: Murrells Inlet/Myrtle Beach, SC Job Type: Full-Time Setting: Outpatient Clinic with occasional Wound Care Center coverage Key Responsibilities Evaluate and manage patients with vascular and wound-related conditions Perform wound care procedures, including debridement (training provided as needed) Order and interpret diagnostic tests Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans Educate patients on wound care and prevention Maintain accurate clinical documentation Collaborate with physicians and care teams to support patient outcomes Required Skills and Abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities High level of professionalism, ethics, and integrity Collaborative team-oriented mindset Knowledge of healthcare regulations and clinical best practices Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care Education and Experience Requirements Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program Current and unrestricted Physician Assistant license in the state of South Carolina Experience practicing as a Physician Assistant in a clinical, hospital, emergency, or related setting 1-5 years of clinical experience preferred Surgical, vascular, or procedural experience is a plus Experience with wound management, lower extremity conditions, or related specialties is highly desirable Willingness to learn wound care if not previously specialized Compensation & Benefits $100,000 - $110,000 (new graduates) $120,000+ for experienced candidates, plus quarterly productivity bonus Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available (based on experience) Malpractice insurance covered Health, dental, and vision insurance with employer contribution 15 days PTO $1,500 CME allowance Retirement plan participation available Qualified candidates who are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care are encouraged to apply.
