Job Summary:

Centennial Heart Cardiovascular Consultants at TriStar Centennial Medical Center are seeking an experienced advanced heart failure advanced practice provider to join their group in Nashville, Tennessee.

Qualified Candidates:

Nurse practitioner or physician assistant certification

Tennessee licensure or ability to obtain

Critical care or previous cardiology experience preferred

Advanced heart failure and/or cardiac critical care experience a plus

Ability to work collaboratively

Full time, M-F, outpatient only
