VT - Contract NP need in South Burlington - June 11-September 11

Client seeks Nurse Practitioner for part-time contract 3 days per week from June 11-September 11 at their Corporate Health Center in South Burlington, VT. Provider will see adults for Primary Care, acute episodic care, and work related physicals. Hours are Monday, Tuesday, & Thursday 8:00am-4:30pm with a 30-minute lunch break from 12:00pm-12:30pm. Clinic is staffed by 1 Nurse Practitioner, 1 MA, and a Behavioral Health Counselor. Provider must be Board Certified and must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to be considered for this assignment.
