Columbus Cardiology Associates, a Partner Practice of Cardiovascular Associates of America (CVAUSA), is expanding and seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our established cardiology team in Columbus, Georgia.

Our practice includes six cardiologists and a highly collaborative APP team providing comprehensive cardiovascular care across outpatient clinics and affiliated hospitals throughout the region. Providers enjoy a supportive environment, hands-on learning opportunities, and exposure to a wide range of cardiovascular conditions and procedures.

Position Highlights

Primarily outpatient cardiology with shared inpatient responsibilities

Evaluate and manage cardiovascular patients across clinic and hospital settings

Collaborate closely with physicians and APP colleagues in a team-focused environment

Order and interpret diagnostic testing, manage medications, and develop treatment plans

Opportunity to assist with stress testing, hospital consults, and follow-up care

Monday-Friday schedule with half-day Fridays

Occasional weekend rounding rotation

Strong mentorship and onboarding support for newer providers

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program

Board certification required

Cardiology experience is a plus, but not required

New graduates with strong interest in cardiology are encouraged to apply
