Primary Care Darby- Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital- Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic
Location: Darby, PA
Position Summary
Primary Care Darby, part of Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital, is seeking a Primary Care- Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to support continued primary care expansion and access initiatives across the Pennsylvania market.
Primary Care Darby offers a range of services, including general primary care, management of acute and chronic illnesses, and preventive health screenings. In addition to general internal medicine, the center provides specialized care, including an endocrinology clinic, and a multitude of specialties.

Qualifications
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license from an accredited institution
Eligible for Pennsylvania license
Current DEA license (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
Current BLS certification required
Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
Role Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary care for patients across the lifespan
Assist with acute and chronic diagnosis and management of conditions
Emphasize preventive care and population health management
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Maintain timely and accurate documentation
Participate in quality and performance improvement initiatives
Schedule & Call
Full-time schedule (36 patient-facing hours)
