What Youll Champion:

• Join our Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) team at York Hospital, supporting a highacuity, 44bed Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) in Central Pennsylvania.
• 24hour call shifts, averaging approximately 13 shifts per 8week schedule
• Shift options include 7:00 a.m.7:00 a.m.
• Collaborate with a highly experienced team of 5 Neonatologists and 8 fulltime Neonatal Nurse Practitioners
• Enjoy a high level of clinical autonomy with full neonatology physician support
• Provide care for ELGAN and critically ill neonates
• Stateoftheart neonatal technology, including jet ventilators and oscillator ventilators
• Dedicated inunit lactation consultants, respiratory therapists, and clinical pharmacists
• Multidisciplinary specialty support from Pediatric Surgery (Johns Hopkins), Neurology, Neurosurgery, and Ophthalmology
