IN - NP shifts in Arcadia - May 26-June 19

Client seeks Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for May 26, 27, & 29 and June 2, 3, 5, 9, 10, 12, 16, 17, & 19 at their Corporate Health clinic in Arcadia, IN. Provider will see ages 2+ for acute episodic care, ages 5-12 for sports/camp physicals, and ages 12+ for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, and wellness visits. Dispensary onsite for ages 12 and up. Hours are Tuesday 2:00pm-6:00pm, Wednesday 7:00am-11:00am, and Friday 7:00am-5:00pm wit a 60-minute lunch break. Shifts are available on Monday, Wednesday afternoon, & Thursday at sister clinic in Kokomo (30 minutes away), and Client prefers provider who can work both sites. Provider must be Board Certified and must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to qualify for this assignment. DEA is preferred.
