The selected candidate will provide coverage and management of a provider desktop to support Provider shortages due to PTO/TAP and/or vacancies. Coverage includes reviewing and addressing labs, messages, refills, and documents, etc. found within the provider desktop.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Masters degree as an Advance Practice Registered Nurse NP or graduate from an ARC-PA accredited physician assistant program and have NCCPA certification.
- Licensure or license eligible as a Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse FNP required
- Multi-state licensure preferred
- BLS certification
- 5 years experience as a NP/PA required; with at least 2 years of experience in primary care
This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCares good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
