POSITION:
A leading regional medical center in north central Idaho is actively recruiting a Post-Acute Care Nurse Practitioner to join a collaborative and growing team. The hospital is part of a larger national healthcare network focused on strengthening community hospitals and expanding access to high-quality patient care across the country.
This well-established acute care facility serves as a major healthcare hub for the surrounding region, offering comprehensive specialty and primary care services, advanced surgical capabilities, and trauma care. About the Position:
- Schedule: 36 patient care hours, 4 administrative hours
- Shared call rotation with weekday and weekend coverage
- Average patient volume: 15–20 patients per day
- Collaborative department consisting of 1 physician and 2 nurse practitioners
Qualifications:
- Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner graduate program
- Ability to obtain Idaho medical licensure and DEA with full prescriptive authority

Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary starting at $125,000 plus wRVU production incentive
- $10,000 sign-on bonus
