Responsibilities: PRIMARY Ability to provide quality care in both clinic and telehealth and meet pient volume goals targeted for tele and in pient as determined. Lead clinic staff, in behaviors, actions and titude (e.g. X-Ray Technologists, Nurses, and Front Office Specialists) in delivering excellent pient care. Asking pients situion-specific questions to formule accure diagnoses in order to provide guidance as necessary to ensure quality professional services and pient sisfaction. Ability to meet pient volume goals targeted for tele and in-pient as determined. Ensure accure completion of pient charts in a timely mter and forwarding charts as approprie on a daily basis. As well as build and maintain confidence and credibility with all employees. Implement clinical and Telehealth protocols as outlined CMO and Supervising Physicians. Analyze and interpret pients' histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic informion to develop approprie diagnoses. Deliver excellent pient care through in-pient and virtual diagnostic and therapeutic recommendions with tention to pient-centric care, safety, cost, and reliably accure informion. Ensure th the activities of the Provider are conducted in a manner th is consistent with overall department expections and are in compliance with Federal and Ste regulions, guidelines, and requirements including working knowledge of all health informion management issues such as HIPAA. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, autonomous environment within both in-pient clinic and virtual settings. Ability to pursue queue of telehealth pients in a timely fashion to ensure proper pient follow up. Order, perform, or interpret the results of diagnostic tests, as well as responsibly prescribe medicions and educe pients on continued trement and care of acute and chronic conditions. Attest and follow clinical practice guidelines by the Office of Medical Affairs. Attend Mandory monthly meetings with Supervising physicians and E/M training. Ability to perform responsibilities within standard NP protocols. Responsible for learning the aspects of compliance in the company by completing all mandory compliance training in order to meet and exceed our continued quality of care. Full Time Employees are required to work 12-hour shifts and every other weekend. *** Additional Requirements and responsibilities for Ancillary Providers Responsible for on call periodically throughout the year *** Additional Requirements and responsibilities Level 1: New Grad with up to 1 years of experience as a nurse practitioner Level 2: Nurse practitioner with over 1 years of experience and less than 5 years of experience Level 3: Nurse practitioner with over 5 years of experience and less than 10 years of experience Level 4: Nurse practitioner with over 10 years of experience Experience Requirements and Preferences: Educion: Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) AND Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice, such as Urgent Care or Occupional Medical Facility, ER or Trauma Unit, Family Medical Practice is strongly preferred. Current License or Certificion: License and DEA must be active, in good standing, and verifiable with the proper regulory agency. DEA required for all providers; however, where limited by years of practice under ste law, DEA will be required within 120 days of provider meeting the minimum years of practice under ste law for obtaining DEA. Providers must be able to tre all ages and must meet any credentialing requirements needed; and DOT certificion is required to be obtained by FT and PT Providers within 120 days of employment and maintained during employment.
