Advanced Practice - Physician Assistant - Occupational Medicine, Nurse Practitioner - Occupational Medicine
Job Details:
Provide occupational medicine services with approximately 10 patient encounters per shift
Work across multiple facility locations including Antigo and Rhinelander sites
Handle workplace injury evaluations, pre-employment physicals, and occupational health assessments
Manage preventive care and health screenings for employees
Conduct fitness-for-duty examinations and return-to-work evaluations
Provide drug and alcohol testing services and interpretation
Maintain current Wisconsin license or IMLC eligibility
BLS certification required
Board certification not required
Credentialing timeframe approximately 90 days
Start date: June 29, 2026 with ongoing coverage needs
Compensation:
$100/hr with weekly pay and malpractice included.
