Not provided We're seeking an experienced APP to join the Interventional Cardiology / Electrophysiology team at WellSpan Chambersburg Hospital in Chambersburg, PA. This locum tenens role covers clinical care only, starting 9/1 and continuing on an ongoing basis. Your typical schedule will be Monday-Thursday, roughly 8:00 AM-6:00 PM (flexible), with no call required. What you'll be doing Provide APP coverage for electrophysiology and cardiology patients across hospital and clinic settings. Evaluate and manage adult patients (ages 18-100), roughly a caseload of about 18 patients per day. Manage pre- and post-procedure patient care (you will not independently perform procedures). Collaborate closely with physicians and the multidisciplinary care team. Document thoroughly and promptly in Epic. Clinical exposure and patient mix Primarily interventional cardiology and electrophysiology patients. Interventional cardiology procedures you'll support include right and left heart catheterization, PCI, balloon angioplasty, and balloon pump cases. Electrophysiology exposure includes pacemaker and ICD implants (traditional and subcutaneous), loop recorder implant/explant, and ablations (AVN, SVT, atrial flutter). One assigned clinical support team will be available to assist. Facility and logistics WellSpan Chambersburg Hospital 270-bed facility with academic and clinic/practice components. EMR: Epic. Temporary hospital privileges are available (clean file required); full credentialing typically takes about 90 days. Qualifications Active PA license in Pennsylvania and DEA required. NP or PA certification required. Current ACLS and BLS. Cardiology, interventional cardiology, or electrophysiology experience preferred.
