Position Overview
As a Mobile Medical Nurse Practitioner (APRN), you will provide independent, in-home primary care services. This provider-based role allows you to structure your day efficiently-without rigid clinic schedules or productivity pressures.
You ll meet patients where they are most comfortable, enabling deeper connections, more thorough assessments, and improved outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive in-home patient assessments and evaluations
Manage acute and chronic conditions across a diverse patient population
Review medical histories and develop individualized care plans
Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic testing (labs, imaging, etc.)
Prescribe medications and provide patient/caregiver education
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Qualifications
Master s Degree from an accredited Adult, Family, or Geriatric Nurse Practitioner program
Current National Board Certification (APRN)
Active Florida APRN license
Current professional liability insurance
Preferred Experience
Experience as a Nurse Practitioner in primary care, home health, or acute care
Ability to practice independently with strong clinical judgment
Knowledge of evidence-based practice and regulatory standards
Excellent communication and patient-centered care approach
