Wound Care Physician Assistant (PA) Heritage Wound Management Specialists (HWMS) Location/s: Raleigh-Durham Greater Triangle Area or Eastern North Carolina (Wilson, Greenville, Goldsboro, Kinston) Job Type: Full-Time | Mobile | Home-Based SALARY $100,000 - $140,000 base salary per year Bonus potential available ABOUT US Heritage Wound Management Specialists (HWMS) is a mobile, home-based wound care practice dedicated to serving patients who face barriers to traditional clinic access. We partner with hospitals, home health agencies, skilled nursing facilities, and primary care providers to deliver advanced wound care directly in the home and post-acute setting. POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking an experienced Wound Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide advanced wound care services in patient homes and facilities throughout Eastern North Carolina. This role offers clinical autonomy, strong leadership support, and the opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding organization.
