Patient Demographics: Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics
Patient Volume/Census: Approximately 15 patients per day with 2 consults daily

Case Mix: Vascular surgery cases including bypass and amputations

Office Equipment Available: Standard vascular surgery equipment
Support Staff Available: Multidisciplinary hospital and clinic team

Temporary Privileges Available: Yes (for clean files)
Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 90 days

Vascular assessments and management
Participation in bypass and amputation cases

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Licenses: Active Pennsylvania NP or PA license required
Board: NP (ANCC/AANP) or PA-C; Board Certified or Board Eligible preferred
DEA: Required
Experience: Minimum 1 year vascular experience (surgical experience preferred but not required)
Other Qualifications: Experience with Epic EMR preferred

Provide vascular surgery support in clinic and hospital settings
Conduct patient evaluations and manage treatment plans
Perform hospital rounds and consults
Collaborate with physicians and care teams
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
