Schedule: Full-time | 2-3 days in Miles City/ 1-2 days in Glendive
Salary: $105,083 - $123,905/year (DOE)

About the Role
As a PA or NP at One Health, you will:
- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages.
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver integrated health services.
- Conduct assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans.
- Educate patients on health promotion and disease prevention.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and community health programs.

Qualifications
- Licensed in Montana as a PA or FNP
- Registered or registry-eligible with the DEA
- Valid driver's license
- Preferred: 3-5 years of clinical experience
