Required Skills: Minimum of 2 years of full-scope midwifery experience Recent first assist experience within the past 2 years Proficiency in managing intrapartum, postpartum, and OB triage Strong knowledge of labor and delivery procedures Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Nice to Have Skills: Prior experience in a Level III NICU setting EMR proficiency, especially with Epic Additional certifications in neonatal resuscitation or advanced obstetrics Preferred Education and Experience: Graduate of an accredited midwifery program Active Texas Medical License and DEA license Board certification in midwifery Experience providing postpartum and well-woman gynecologic exams Other Requirements: Availability for 3-7 shifts per month, including 12-hour or 24-hour in-house call shifts Willingness to support inpatient care with a comprehensive full-scope practice Travel and accommodation expenses are fully covered, including airfare, lodging, and transportation Start date: November 9, 2026 Embark on a fulfilling career journey with us!
