Psychiatric - Mental Health Physician Assistant

Seeking a compassionate and experienced Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join a private behavioral medicine practice in Daphne, Alabama, or Navarre, Florida . This is an opportunity to work in a progressive outpatient setting focused on high-quality mental health care and innovative treatment options.

The practice provides comprehensive behavioral health services with a strong emphasis on accurate diagnostics, individualized treatment planning, and patient-centered care. The clinical team also offers advanced therapies, including NeuroStar TMS Therapy , an FDA-cleared, non-drug treatment for depression delivered in-office without anesthesia or sedation.

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits.

• Diagnose and treat mental health conditions.

• Manage psychotropic medications and medication follow-up.

• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to coordinate care.

• Educate patients on treatment plans and therapeutic options.

• Support a collaborative, efficient, and compassionate patient experience.

• Current NP license in good standing.

• PMHNP certification preferred.

• Strong skills in psychiatric assessment and medication management.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Outpatient behavioral health or psychiatry experience preferred.

• Private behavioral medicine setting.

• Location flexibility in Daphne, AL or Navarre, FL .
