Advanced Practice Providers work collaborively across disciplines and apprecie the partnership of our in-house therapists who help to support their pients on their mental health journeys. We support the growth and development of these team members through educion, supervision, and leadership opportunities. We believe in leading the mental health field with evidence-based trements like Transcranial Magnetic Stimulion (TMS) and Spravo. These trement methods provide our clinical teams with the tools they need to deliver real transformion for their pients.

This role is eligible for a $5,000 hiring incentive this locion for qualified candides.

Wh Youll Do:

• Provide psychiric assessment and ongoing psychopharmacological management.
• Maintain accure and timely clinical documention.
• Work as a team with mental health clinicians who are providing psychotherapy services.
• Provide interventional trements including TMS and Spravo

About You:

• Licensed and Board Certified in the ste where the clinic is loced.
• Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with behavioral health experience (required)
• Psychiric-Mental Health certificion (PMHNP-BC or CAQ-Psych) (preferred)
• Experience working in an outpient setting (preferred)
• Experience working with clients across the lifespan (preferred)

Lightheart Mental Health is committed to fair and equitable compension practices. The compension range for this role is $130,000 $175,000. Actual compension may vary based on licensure, experience, market-driven enhancements, and incentive opportunities available for this role. These ranges represent our current standard compension practices and may be adjusted over time to remain competitive and aligned with organizional needs.
