Pulmonary Medicine Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner Outpatient Only Location: Orlando, Florida Schedule: 4.5-Day Workweek (No Nights, No Weekends) Compensation: $120,000 $150,000 + Full Benefits New Grads Welcome A well-established pulmonary group in the Orlando area is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join their outpatient-only practice. This is a rare opportunity to work alongside an experienced team of Pulmonary & Critical Care specialists while enjoying a predictable schedule and strong work life balance. Position Highlights 100% outpatient pulmonary medicine Collaborative, physician-led environment 4.5-day workweek: Monday Thursday: 8 AM 5 PM Fridays: Half day No hospital rounding, no nights, no weekends Clinical Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive pulmonary-focused evaluations, including detailed histories and physical exams Order, interpret, and manage diagnostic testing: Pulmonary function tests (PFTs) Chest X-rays & CT scans Oximetry and ABGs Sleep studies Develop and manage treatment plans for: Asthma & COPD Sleep apnea Pulmonary hypertension Interstitial lung disease Bronchiectasis & chronic lung disease Provide routine follow-up visits, medication management, and patient education Review test results, patient messages, and assist with required authorizations Participate in ongoing case discussions and pulmonary-focused CME Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $120,000 $150,000 Comprehensive benefits package, including: Medical, dental, vision 401(k) Life insurance Paid time off 5 CME days + CME stipend Who This Role Is Perfect For PAs and NPs seeking: A predictable outpatient schedule Mentorship from experienced pulmonary specialists A supportive, team-based clinical culture Work life balance in one of Florida s most desirable regions Why Orlando?
