This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

· Schedule: Tuesday - Friday 8a-5p

· Patients per day: 16-18

· Practice Setting: Clinic

· Scope: Outpatient

· State Licensure: Oregon state medical license, Basic Life Support (BLS), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and Board Certified.
