Summary:
- Provide comprehensive and specialized care for pediatric and adult patients with bleeding disorders and pediatric patients with thrombophilia conditions
- Close partnership with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional, patient-centered care across both inpatient and outpatient settings
- Responsible for overseeing nursing and multidisciplinary staff in the provision of patient care
- Key duties include conducting inpatient consultations and outpatient visits, encompassing assessment, documentation, diagnostics, medication management, prescribing, and patient education
- Provide triage and managing telephone/telehealth follow-up for both acute and routine patient needs
- Participate as a sub-investigator on clinical research trials and contribute to research efforts focused on bleeding disorders and thrombophilia
- Maintaining current knowledge of evidence-based treatment protocols and supporting care coordination are essential responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
- Required - Masters - Nursing
Credentials:
- Adv Practice RN License
- BLS
Experience:
- Required: 4 Years of acute care nursing experience
- Preferred: 1 year minimum in a supervisory role
- Preferred: Hemophilia and/or hematology/oncology experience
