A respected healthcare facility in Delaware is seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) for a locum tenens assignment in a collaborative hospital-based setting.
Position Overview:
The CNM will provide comprehensive inpatient obstetric care, including labor management, deliveries, and patient evaluations. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced physicians and clinical staff in a supportive environment.
Schedule:
- Start: August 2026
- Shifts are 7A-7P and 7P-7A
- Day and night coverage available
- No call required
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage labor and perform vaginal deliveries
- Conduct OB triage and patient evaluations
- Collaborate with physicians on patient care
- Assist with cesarean sections as needed
Requirements :
- Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM)
- Active state license
- Prior inpatient OB experience preferred
