Nurse Practitioner

Position Overview:

• Start date: 8/3/26
• Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Develop and implement patient care plans
• Prescribe medications and treatments (as authorized)
• Provide patient education and preventive care
• Work independently or collaboratively within a care team

Job Requirements:

• Master’s or Doctorate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• License required: For PA: CA PA required - must have masters degree in physician assistant studies
• For NP: CA license required
• MUST have one of the following board certs: ACNP-BC, AGACNP-BC, ACNPC-AG, ACNPC
• DEA: CA DEA Schedule 2 required
• Certifications preferred: OCN or AOCNP, ACLS
• EMR: EPIC
