Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
Job Type: Locum (Night Shift Strong Preference for Full-Time)

Consistent night schedule ideal for nocturnists

Opportunity to utilize emergency medicine experience
Start working while credentialing is in process (quick onboarding!)
Steady monthly coverage minimum 2 weeks/month
Work alongside specialized nursing & support teams

• Thursday Saturday: 6 PM 6 AM
• Every other Wednesday: 6 PM 6 AM
• Preference for providers able to cover full-time consistently

You will:
Perform initial assessments for new intakes
Manage acute & chronic medical conditions
Oversee detox protocols with substance use nursing team
Respond to urgent and emergent medical issues overnight
Deliver timely and effective care in a high-acuity setting

Board Certified NP or PA
Active Pennsylvania license
DEA certification required
BLS & ACLS certified
Strong emergency medicine or acute care experience (highly preferred)
Comfortable working night shifts independently

• EMR: TechCare
• Collaborative support with trained nursing staff
