Orthopedics Nurse Practitioner

We re seeking a compassionate and clinically strong Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join a growing outpatient orthopedic and spine practice in Middsex County, NJ . This is a 100% clinic-based role , perfect for providers who want to dedicate their time to patient evaluation, diagnosis, and long-term care without operating room responsibilities.

Salary Range: $130k-$160k (varies depending on years of experience)

What You ll Do

• Evaluate patients through detailed histories and physical examinations
• Diagnose and manage a variety of musculoskeletal and spine-related conditions
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
• Provide ongoing follow-up care to ensure continuity and progress

• Order and interpret imaging, labs, and other diagnostic studies
• Perform in-office procedures within scope of practice
• Monitor treatment effectiveness and modify care plans as needed

• Work closely with physicians and clinical staff to coordinate care
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, and prevention strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR system

Requirements:

• Active New Jersey Nurse Practitioner license
• Experience in orthopedics, spine, or related specialty preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities
• Ability to manage a high-volume outpatient setting
