Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Seeking General Medicine Providers to perform Compensation & Pension Exams + Separation Health Assessments

Current Openings, requiring provider to have their own office to see patients, 50 mi radius required:

1. Coeburn, VA - 2 days/wk
2. Covington, VA - 1 day/wk
3. Hillsville, VA - 2 day/wk
4. Emporia, VA - 1/2 (half) day/wk

Description/Requirements:
-PRN, ongoing basis
-One-Time non-treatment C&P exams + separation health assessments
-Exams are primarily interview-based with some physical assessment: range of motion testing, muscle strength testing
-No prescribing, no treatment
-Quick credentialing and onboarding

Submission requirements:
-Proficiency in METs testing, evaluating, and diagnosing respiratory and cardiovascular
-Own a laptop (no Mac/Apple)
-AANP
-Active and unrestricted full license in Virginia
-Must be willing to complete DMA training to become DMA certified
