- Grand Rapids, Michigan: 15-bed Level III NICU
- Muskegon, Michigan: 8-bed Level II Special Care Nursery
- Provide direct and indirect patient care to neonates in Level III and Level II NICUs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams including physicians, nurses, and therapists
- Participate in teaching and mentoring of junior providers and trainees
- Document patient care and clinical activities in Epic EMR
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives and clinical research as needed
- Support community health programs related to neonatal care
- Maintain up-to-date licensure and certifications
- Relevant clinical experience preferred
- Board certified in specialty prior to employment is required with fellowship
