Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Physician Assistant with an ENT background to join a thriving, established ENT practice in the Stone Oak area of San Antonio. This provider will work alongside a highly respected ENT physician in a busy outpatient practice, helping manage patient volume while the physician is in surgery.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable evaluating and managing ENT patients independently and thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment. Previous ENT experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and manage patients with a wide range of general ENT conditions
Conduct new patient consultations and follow-up visits
Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the supervising physician
Order and interpret diagnostic studies, imaging, and hearing evaluations
Work independently in clinic while the physician is performing surgical procedures
Provide patient education regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR
Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure a seamless patient experience
Qualifications
Current Texas license as a Physician Assistant
National certification (NCCPA)
Previous ENT experience required
Physician Assistant preferred
Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
Ability to work independently in a busy outpatient setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Expected patient volume of approximately 20-25 patients per day once fully ramped up
Schedule & Compensation
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
