Physician Assistant with specialized expertise in Joint Injections

A growing regenerative medicine practice in Midtown Manhattan is seeking an experienced, highly skilled Physician Assistant with specialized expertise in joint injections to join our team in a focused, procedure-driven role.

ABOUT THE PRACTICE

We are a regenerative medicine practice dedicated exclusively to advanced joint therapies. Our procedures include (micro-fragmented adipose tissue) injections and Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) joint injections both delivered with precision and clinical excellence. Fat is harvested in-house by a board-certified physician in a fully equipped procedural suite sharing our clinical space.

THE ROLE

You will perform joint injections as the core of your clinical work this is a high-volume, procedure-focused position, not a general PA role. You will work closely with the attending physician and be expected to deliver injections with expert-level technique and excellent patient communication.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform joint injections using harvested adipose tissue
Administer PRP joint injections
Conduct pre- and post-procedure patient assessments
Maintain clinical documentation and coordinate with the physician team
Educate patients on regenerative therapies and expected outcomes

REQUIREMENTS

Active NYS Physician Assistant license in good standing
Significant hands-on experience with musculoskeletal joint injections (knee, hip, shoulder, etc.)
Familiarity with adipose-based regenerative procedures strongly preferred
Experience with PRP protocols
Ultrasound-guided injection proficiency a strong plus
Strong interpersonal skills and passion for clinical excellence.

COMPENSATION

Competitive commensurate with experience. This is a part-time or per diem engagement with potential for growth as the practice expands.

Location: Midtown Manhattan / Fifth Avenue area
Hours: Flexible / procedure days
