• Schedule: Tues & Thurs (830a-5p)
• Duration: 6 MONTHS
• Duties:
• Primary Care
• Adults Only

Required :

• Active IL license
• Board Certified
• BLS
• DEA
• Dispensing License

Compensation :

• $120K-$180K
• Receive a paycheck every Friday
• 100% of malpractice insurance covered
