We're hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner in Ferndale, California who wants strong earning potential, loan repayment eligibility, and the opportunity to provide mission-driven care in a beautiful coastal community.

You'll step into an outpatient-only, panel-based primary care role managing patients with complex medical needs. You'll collaborate closely with an integrated care team that includes dedicated medical assistants, RN support, behavioral health, telepsychiatry, chiropractic services, and specialty consult resources.

You'll practice in Ferndale, California, a historic North Coast town known for its Victorian architecture, vibrant arts scene, and proximity to the Avenue of the Giants and the Pacific coastline.

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary ranging from $148,627.20 to $168,553.60 annually
$12,400 annual access bonus for meeting patient panel targets
Up to $44,000 annual production bonus potential
